There was no laminate flooring used on this job , all hardwood and stone and tile used in bathrooms floors and showers.

Excellent work! David and his team got out to do the job in a short timeframe, took care to replace old and damaged pieces of the wood, and evened out sanding marks from a previous refinish. They managed to get some old carpet backing off of the floors, and the refinished wood looks beautiful. David was very communicative, and the cost came in exactly as quoted.

Great job. David came when he said he would and kept me up to date. I had a wood floor refinished and it looks great. I had the stairs refinished as well and David did a great job around the balisters.

He was very nice to deal with but the price he charged for the amount of time spent was rather disappointing. I had to come behind him and fill a fair amount of holes he missed and the lower section of stairs was stained darker than the upper portion of stairs. I had to fix that as well - combined with the price I was disappointed

The owner is always given the price upfront for the cost of the job. The homeowner had another person install a closed-in stairway with a landing. There were holes and gaps in the landing and stair treads and risers due to poor workmanship and wood filler was used where needed. I try to use as little filler as possible due to the nature of expansion and contraction of the wood which within times pushes the filler out. The stain was uniform, but can sometimes look different due to lighting conditions. Being The homeowner runs a painting business, and I am sure he's aware of this. I strive to do my very best and to be fair and please everyone. Thank you!

After reading this I made a special trip to Charles's house with a gift in my hand, he was shocked and his first words were I never expected to see you again. I had asked about this review he left and he was apologetic. A price was given in writing for the job. floors were repaired and refinished and the homeowners were very pleased with the workmanship and said they looked beautiful. After the job, I was asked to do another repair that involved replacing rotten floorboards that took about 4 hrs. to complete. the homeowner thought it was not fair to be charged for the extra work performed.
